This bar is made with cacao from Maya Mountain, a standout fermentory in southern Belize working with hundreds of mostly Q’eqchi’ and Mopan Maya smallholder farmers. Creamy, fruity, and full of character, it’s a beautiful expression of community and cacao, roasted and crafted with care in our Bend, OR roastery.
