Like when the top 100 all starts to blur together and you flip the station looking for a track that actually surprises you, that's the feeling behind our award-winning Left of the Dial bar, a 78% dark chocolate blending responsibly sourced cocoa from Belize and the Dominican Republic.
We source, roast, blend, conch, and temper every batch ourselves in our Bend, Oregon roastery. Rich and complex, with notes of hazelnut spread and black cherry that give way to a bright lemon zest finish, the kind of bar that makes you stop mid-square and rethink what you know about dark chocolate.
