A carefully crafted blend made for a specific moment, this bar brings together cacao from Zorzal in the Dominican Republic and La Cueva del Oso in Colombia. The result is a balanced profile with notes of creamy fudge, cherry, and soft florals.

Seahorse Chocolate is a bean-to-bar chocolate maker based in Bend, Oregon.

We source cacao through long-term partnerships with producers who are deeply invested in their land and their craft. Every bar is roasted, refined, and finished in-house with careful attention to detail, allowing each origin to express its own distinct character.
