In diverse agroforestry systems connected to Reserva Zorzal, a 1,019-acre private bird sanctuary in the Dominican Republic, Zorzal cacao is grown by farmers whose commitment to conservation and quality shows up in every harvest. This is single-origin bean-to-bar chocolate at its most uncompromising: no sugar, no additions, nothing standing between you and what responsibly sourced Dominican Republic cacao actually tastes like.
